The ideal candidate will:


-possess a Juris Doctorate and be licensed to practice in North Carolina and/or South Carolina and/or Georgia with at least 1-3 years of experience in examining real estate title and performing duties and providing supervision for all steps of the real estate practice.


- possess a working knowledge of the foreclosure and post-foreclosure process in North Carolina, and/or South Carolina and/or Georgia.


- Closing experience and/or title searching experience is a plus.


-posses an inner drive and desire to become part of a tight knit team with and eye toward upper mobility in their career.

While we view experience as important, we view a cultural fit and adherence to our core values as an absolute requirement for any prospective candidate.


The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a real estate closing practice and/or has a good knowledge base of real estate title law. Candidates must be organized, energetic, and committed to superior customer service and excellence. Active North Carolina and South Carolina License is a must! A Georgia license is a plus.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct title and document review
  • Perform real estate closings
  • Manage title claims and other title curative matters
  • Provide legal analysis to clients
  • Research state and federal laws to ensure compliance


Other Requirements: * Attention to detail is a must * Ability to maintain composure under pressure * Must be able to multi-task with minimal direction * Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills * Work well in a team-oriented environment * Results oriented performer with high level of self-motivation * Able to endure a variety of different roles
