When you get on the bus you put the fare in the box

When you fly on an airplane, rent a hotel room or car , go to the grocery store, go to the Doctor

or any other type of business Everyone pays up front Everyone

Otherwise you are asking for it, and from the nonstop posts on  Non Payers, getting it.

I have written about this 3 other times, it's amazing.

And for the ones give credit that get paid in 30 45 days whats up with that?

You do the work in 1 or 2 days and then are expected to wait?

Time to learn to be a business person like the rest of the world

Can you name 1 Business that you can say "do the work and bill me"

go google title search and ask the one's if they will do the work and bill you

enough with the I got stiffed, it's your own fault  by not getting it up front
