I have FINALLY received payment in full by Charlene Henry with Progressive Title Services. It took numerous phone calls and emails to and from her, to her bank, to the Pulaski Co. Arkansas prosecutors office as well as to the Shelby Co. Tennessee prosecutors office and while I won’t go into all the distressing details, I will say it’s a shame I felt it necessary to take it to such great lengths and prepare to take such measures in order to get paid for services rendered.
I have received messages and phone calls from others who state they have not been paid for months and are owed a great deal more than she owed me. I urge each of you to stop accepting her excuses as to why she is unable to pay you the money she owes you and take a moment to get in touch with the different agencies available to assist you with your situations. It is my opinion that until the people who do this sort of thing feel the heat, paying you most likely will not become a priority in their lives.
I am a very understanding person and was patient until I felt I was being taken advantage of. I was hired to do a job and provided her with excellent service and expected to get paid on time and without issue. I have heard and read that she’s had some issues with an underwriter and she explained to me that she hadn’t been paid by a client of hers which she stated was the delay in paying me. Not to sound cold or heartless, but that is not my issue.
Another suggestion, if you are several months past due of being paid you might consider no longer accepting orders from her, at least until you get paid. I was informed she is full of excuses and that was certainly my experience.
I have also emailed her to inform her I have received her cashiers check, thanked her for sending it and also notified her I no longer wished to receive orders from her and terminated our business arrangement. I don’t work for free nor do I have any interest in having to deal with this much drama just to get paid. to post a reply:
