Surface and Beyond, LLC (EIN 82-3466164) was created January of 2018 in order to generate additional income conducting informational searches that would be non-competitive to current employer. Currently been in the title business for 19 years and counting. Started as typist and after five years became an examiner. With that being said, search coverage depend on county resources available. Upon receiving request, a preliminary search would be conducted to confirm availability, then quote and ETA provided for approval prior to searching.

Examples of non-competitive informational searches would be Ownership and Encumbrance Report/Limited Property Profile, Limited Abstract/Gap Search, Document Retrieval, Judgment/Lien Search (excludes municipal lien search), and full searches for litigation/probate purposes.
