Been searching now for almost 20 years and I still every now and then run across something that I have never seen before.
Doing a search clear up in Scotland County, Missouri, almost the most northeastern county in the state, pretty much nothing but farms and ranches up there.
Came across a letter agreement with the lender and the borrower addressed to the county commissioners.
To start with the lender is LOL Finance Co, so it is already not starting off well on keeping a straight face.
"LOL Finance Co (lender) could advance up to $10,000 to borrowers if requested by them, for clean-up expenses in the event of a manure spill... "
Now I have been behind, and regretted it, a honey wagon (spreading cattle urine on corps) and a manure truck but it tickled my funny bone on this recorded document.
Have a great day everyone.
