I know Florida is online almost 100% and you just have to order probate but that is ridiculous.  There has got to be a way to beat them out. SC is way behind the times so you basically have to go to the courthouse and/or order title. Thank you to a lot of SC clerks who will not scan in tax liens or who will not go back and input the old deeds.  If only Florida would have done the same they would have provided some insurance against the disaster and deterioration of an industry.  

 NC a ton online but still working with many courthouses which don't provide probate or divorces - so I feel like my job is very secure. If it ever gets to the place where it's not, I'll be at a personal injury litigation firm faster than you can say the word "Lien."  :)
