Fidelity and ALTA offer Title Courses - ALTA  has something called Title Notes.  I am having the same problem trying to train someone who really wants to learn and do not have the time. I trained my mom but I started her out on current owners and she has picked it up.  I would check with Fidelity or Old Republic.
