Hi Sheila,

I never left the business. I was working in-house for an oil & gas law firm preparing certified title opinions for one of their lead attorneys.  Left there in August due to budget cuts and decided to hang out my shingle again.  I'm scaling back operations, so I'm only covering a handful of counties, plus I'm working on a couple of other revenue-generating projects.

So how are you?  They keeping you busy down there in WashPa?
