We are in our 21st year and perform searches for all counties in Florida.  The cost for our service is the lowest in the State, and our work

is thorough - we never take shortcuts or outsource our work. We have been open and working in our office during this current crisis.

Here is some info for you to review:

Our cost is only $70 per folio, plus the actual Municipality Fees (no hidden extra charges).

If an order cancels, there are no charges at all (up to 20% of total orders for the year, and no company has cancelled that many...)
