I work with my daughter and we cover both Athens County and Fairfield Counties.  60 year search would be $250 per chain, and 100 year searches would be $350 per chain.  Basic 40 year residential searches would be $125 and current owner searches $75.  Please be aware that Fairfield County does limit access to the recorders office and 48 hours may not be a possible turn around time for that county. 

We do have E&O insurance if needed, a W-9 will be completed if you choose to use our services.
