Our requirements are a minimum of $250,000 in E&O insurance (you will need to provide a copy of your active policy).

 We will need a fee sheet that includes fees for re-finance reports, full searches, copy fees (if separate) and update or clarification requests fees.

In addition, we will need your turn times in each town. ***We are looking for competitive pricing and extremely fast turn times.
