Yes!! We pretty much lost Westcor Title Insurance over this.  it is quite obvious what they are doing, sending all work offshore and laying off multitudes of people.  We're heading into a recession and everyone is cutting their costs.  Unfortunately, if we don't start offering bulk discounts for volume or reduce our rates a little, companies will figure they can go offshore, get it for cheap and do so.
