That does sound bad, but I have never had any issues with Stellar.  Stellar and their teams have all been very good to work with. The orders, responses and payments method have all been working great for us.  

We would vouch for them anytime and have been working with every type of client over the past 8 years as a standalone company. I would put them in the to 10% of all customers of title abstracting services.
