So I have a puzzling question here; We had an abstract firm do a 2 owner search for us in New Mexico in 2022 and then an update a few months ago. Well come to find out they missed a judgment in the original order. When asked why it was missed her original response was "we don't report closed cases unless the client requests it" What does that even mean? The judgment was rendered in 2019. So as I press her further she tells me we didn't request a judgment search, that's extra. Again, doesn't make sense but I double check the order; sure enough, we requested a judgment and lien search. Now in the face of that she states that we should have requested what courts we wanted searched...what the what?? I'm now at a loss on how to handle this because of the answers I'm getting from the chuckle hill gang in New Mexico.
