The insurance carrier I had for 10 + years was bought by Norman Spencer a few years ago. Since then the quality of customer service has declined. My insurance renewal has been paid for, but still I don't have my policy renewal - due to expire tomorrow.
Just as I wish for my clients to be loyal to me, I try to be loyal to people with whom I do business. But 4 or 5 email and voice mail messages being ignored makes me think it's time to move on.
Are there any recommendations?
