The merger solidifies Punctual Abstract’s footprint in Mississippi, and creates the opportunity to offer extended products and services such as document recording and title production to customers in the state.

Bobbie Jo Kemp, who founded Slade Title Research in 2017 in Flowood, Mississippi, now holds the title of Mississippi State Manager for Punctual Abstract. While Slade searched 10 counties in Mississippi, the merger, which utilizes Punctual Abstract’s advanced technology and increased staffing, now opens the capacity to search all 82 counties in the state.
