MISMO®, the real estate finance industry's standards organization, the real estate finance industry’s standards body, is inviting industry professionals to join a newly formed Technology Impact and Enablement community of practice (CoP).

The Technology Impact and Enablement CoP will provide a collaborative forum for participants across the industry to identify, evaluate, and advance technical innovations that modernize the mortgage industry. Through monitoring, expertise analysis, and cross-workgroup engagement, the group will foster awareness of enabling technologies and assess their relevance and potential impacts on the mortgage ecosystem while supporting MISMO’s mission to ensure standards evolve in unison with innovation.

“The mortgage industry is evolving rapidly as technology drives modernization,” said Shawn Jobe, Vice President of Software and Product Development at Credit Interlink. “The Technology Impact and Enablement CoP will ensure that industry remains proactive in aligning technical innovations with MISMO standards to enhance interoperability, scalability, and industry-wide adoption.”
