E-Recording is an online document recording method that provides a faster, more efficient option for title companies, banks, attorneys and other land document submitters to send documents to recording jurisdictions via the Internet instead of by mail or in person.

“After attending a Simplifile meeting, I saw no reason not to make this option of filing available to those interested,” said Loup County Clerk Debbie Postany. “Customers will benefit from faster turnaround time, especially with our newly limited window for mail receipt and return.”

In addition to expedited document recording, all three counties will benefit from Simplifile’s e-recording service by reducing paper, mail costs, and having the ability to automate and streamline the document recording workflow.
