In
its ongoing initiative to support local charities and nonprofit
organizations, RamQuest, a leading title and settlement solutions
provider for the land title industry, raised $1,540 for Austin
Habitat for Humanity as part of the company’s ALTA ONE
participation in October.
During
the ALTA ONE Annual Convention in Austin, Texas last month RamQuest
rallied conference attendees in an effort to support this deserving
organization. The more traffic at the RamQuest exhibit hall booth,
the more the company’s donation to Austin Habitat for Humanity
grew. Every booth visitor and returned direct mail response card
helped. In addition, for every product demonstration delivered during
the conference, RamQuest incrementally increased the donation.
“RamQuest
partnered with Austin Habitat for Humanity during a recent trade show
held in Austin,” said Phyllis Snodgrass, CEO of Austin Habitat for
Humanity. “By showcasing the work of Austin Habitat, RamQuest was
able to demonstrate their corporate commitment to making a difference
while raising funds to support affordable housing in our community.
We are immensely grateful for their support of Austin Habitat and for
the families in our community in need of a decent place to call
home.”
The
mission and vision of Austin Habitat for Humanity are anchored around
a dedication to ending the cycle of poverty housing and the deeply
held belief that everyone deserves a decent, affordable place to
live.For
