Yes you made the offer to pay 50% upfront and we did not accept this as you had not adequately identified your company or yourself as a legal entity authorized to do business in Texas. You still haven't .

I didn't ask if you were based in Texas. I asked where you were calling from that night. You replied you were calling from McKinney Texas. Later, you demonstrated that you were not calling from Texas when you didn't know the time of day in Mckinney.

FYI - You may want to watch your words carefully. According to the Texas Department of Insurance,  a foreign or alien business may not engage in the business of Title Insurance including transacting or proposing to transact any phase of title insurance including title examination or making a guarantee or warranty of a title search without an approved  Certificate of Authority from the Texas Department of Insurance.
