What NALTEA should be focused on is requiring all title searches to be completed by humans located in America. Title insurance loses a lot of its value when the underlying research is largely being done by either software that is highly prone to error or by offshore labor which is even more prone to error.

Sadly, title insurance companies are so short-sighted on this issue that to save a dollar today they will eventually put themselves out of business.
