I hear ya, but in remote counties in the midwest, some folks can't GET broadband unless they go with Satellite (and that just doesn't work well at all either -- been there/done that).  I do have a couple of abstractors in the.Upper Peninsula who have no choice but to fax and one in a remote area of southern Michigan.  We're not quite as wired as you on the east coast.  :-))

 My other comment of which I know you'll agree is:  LOOK PROFESSIONAL.  I even received a counties/fees list that had been done for another vendor manager and they didn't even bother redacting that little fact!

Finally, if you don't want to do business with me, just say so.  One very nice person said "no thank you" but promised he'd send some people my way, and he did.  Don't just leave my e-mails hanging out there in cyberspace without a response.  

Thanks for listening to more griping on my part.  So sorry, but it's COLD and foggy and gray AGAIN and I'm in that kind of mood.  :-P  (Did I mention I HATE putting together spreadsheets?)
