The problem was that there are two Pelhams in Alabama, and the system was using the wrong Pelham for your coordinates.  I edited the location database so that it will use the Pelham close to Birmingham.  Hopefully no business will register in the other Pelham!  I think the other Pelham must be tiny... it does not have a Wikipedia entry.
