This should be fixed now for you and for many others.  Like in other cases, the problem for you was that there are two places called Woodbury, Minnesota.  The geolocation database includes population, and in the vast majority of cases the place with the higher population is the "correct" one.  I've corrected the system to choose the place with the higher population by default.
