Received the same fax and it was sent to all in their database, since I no longer do any of their work. I find it interesting that they would assess a charge of $5.00 for not using their coversheet. I wonder how they would feel if the abstractor assessed them a $5.00 additional fee for sending the wrong address, wrong borrower or worse yet, wrong county? This "new policy" was obviously the brain child of a manager looking to reduce costs rather than improve a product
