I believe Alix is talking about the same client  I have which is requring this.

I called them and they told me exactly what you said, the certificate holder entitles them to notices of any changes in the policy. My insurance company told me the same thing so I ask them to take care of this for me.

Alix I really think you should check into it as Robert said. This client sends me alot of work and I wouldn't want to lose their work. Also they are great to deal with are professional and fun, and are great payers as well.
