Are they wanting...
- all plats, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions ever recorded and affecting the property in question, or just
- all plats, easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions recorded and affecting the property in question during the period of the requested search?
The latter seems normal to me, but the first option would be very unusual.
Since you are in Kentucky, do these searches have anything to do with mineral rights or environmental restrictions?
