I remember Jason too.  And I agree he seems like an ambitious guy.  I saw some of his posts on another site and got the impression he wasn't so well versed in RESPA or other rules of business conduct. 

I can't say I'm happy to read about his indictment.  He seems like an amiable fellow.  I hope the charges are false.
