Trident Title (Fairlawn, OH address) owes me money from last year too, $220.00 to be exact (and I know they also owe my mom who is also an abstractor some odd sum of money too).  I had the EXACT same problem last year where no one (aka some lady named Jody in their "accounts payable" department) would respond to my 9thousand calls and messages before the phones all together quit being answered.  Anyway, thanks for the head up about this new company.  It really makes me angry these people believe they can walk away without paying, and then start over thinking they can just use you again.  What nerve!!!!!!
