Sounds like maybe they have the "order computer" set to order

everything as a doc ret..    May they hope most don't catch it and less

can be paid.   Possibly a simple fix  would be for them to order

everything as a CO ,  them have a "change" if its a doc ret...

One would hope that its not "shysterism" at its worse.

Sounds like a lot of hassle for you.
