Many use the Georgia website to abstract - even companies out of state, overseas.  I have found numerous errors and ommissions on the website and the records are not complete so I do not rely on it but rather use it as an aid.  There are times when I run a property and can tell at times when a prior search was done using only the website records.  As Ray said, the website results are not certified.  There are abstractors here charging as little as $25 for a current owner.  I hope they have good E & 0!
