We've seen threads in SOT where some Abstractors trash a company and others praise the same company... [ makes ya scratch your head ], so Title companies in general should be in tune with their supply chain from womb to tomb - and decide whether to challenge false claims or not - or thank their vendors/PARTNERS  that provide accurate feedback.  

As mentioned, the fee is minimal.   I wish the site all the best.
