We should have seen it coming.

Our bank notified us today that we have 10 returned checks from LFC. That is a lot of money. I called and actually spoke with Matt Morris who told me they were having "issues" with US Bank and decided to change banks. He also said we would get paid in order if we were to send the bank notices of the bounced checks to a fax number he gave me. We did so but after reading all this and postings in Notary Rotery I'm wondering if we will get paid for the bounced checks. Like any other state I'm sure it is a criminal offense in Texas to write bad checks, even ones sent out of state. We will see.

We also have a few thousand dollars in completed exams that were not paid. I also wonder about that.

This is a shame bacause we worked with them from their beginning and they were a GREAT company to do business with. Always pleasant and helpful and ALWAYS paid right on time.

The checks came on a regular basis but stopped coming about a week agi.
