When a customer asks if I cover certain counties which are further out than my local ones, I quote them about $15-25 more than my current owner fee and do not mention the mileage issue.  I just state it is a secondary county that is not visited very often by my company due to the distance in time spent getting there.  Almost every time I still get the order.  Martha Campbell, Va.
