I have had the same experience. They owe me for April, May & June. They say that they have an auto-pay system that pays every 30 days but is not the case since they owe me from April. The last time they sent me an order (June) I called & spoke with Stacy and told her I had concerns about accepting the assignment because they had not paid their March invoice. She said payment would be sent out that week, which I did receive (the following week), however I will not accept any jobs from them until these invoice are paid in full and even then would be hesitant to do any other work for them.  I kept my end of the bargain and got the search back to them within 24 hrs, I expect them to keep theirs and pay for services rendered! It is a shame that these companies expect top turnaround time but when it comes to paying we have to wait for work that we completed over 60 days ago or more!
