I have gone as far as hiring a "business collection" agency in Florida to collect a debt from this one particular client. The end result -- we immediately got paid.  Also, Northwest Title still continues to owe us for work we have done in the past.  Since I am the new operations manager for National Abstractor Associates -- with an MBA took action over the previous owner who apparently seem to neglect hiring a business collection agency.  Yes, BBB, and Duns has a collection department.
