What a faux-pax that company has made- leave the title searching to those that don't know how to search and the type of search being some of the more detail and liability ridden types- of course they probably are getting a price break from your more complete search- but they don't care about that, it is obvious! You just might be better off not doing work for this kind of short -cutting policy company-
