It's just so hard to believe that the insurers don't care about the title work.  After all, they are the ones  ultimately held accountable. We see so much sloppy title work, it's unbelievable. Sometimes I wonder if it would be ethical to inform those who use these companies. Better still.. maybe the public should know how the title work is being outsourced.. and why they should care. I wonder if there's some way that abstractors could get together to compete with ESS and Infinity.
