I think it is the multi-state mega agencies and VMCs that have a problem with finding somebody to do their work in states where attorneys have some control over the process. Ain't my problem.
It's a communication problem to some extent. California and North Carolina don't speak the same language. Whether the VMCs like it or not, every state is different, it's not one-size-fits-all.
