Hi John, I taught a class this week for County Recorders and found, in Minnesota, that 80 of Minnesota's 87 Counties are in the process of going to E-filings. The state has mandated a specific format, so all counties will function the same. So far the feedback has been very good, and it is a popular cause because it is deemed to be "green" - i.e. save the trees and quit handling so much paper.
