Good points-  and when they get the 24 month chain- what do they do  do with it? If the property has been transferred with in that time frame- do they kick out the loan?

Then, I have had the same request for a 24 month chain when the current owners have owned in excess of 5 years also- just more proof the lenders still don't "have a clue"- an this is after the title has been supplied !- They also ask for "road maintenance agreements" just in case their loan gets subordinated to the snow plowing lien!! NO one has ever been able to explain that on to me either.
