Yes,  I have done some work out the Texas office last year and payment was very delayed and inconsistent.  I would most likely decline any further orders based on my experience.  Life is too short to not only work for free, but also to have to spend your time chasing down clients for payment.  I believe this company has been discussed on a previous post a few months ago.
