Odd... it is difficult to reconcile "enjoying a very nice revenue, cash flow" with "Bertrum Group does not pay." 

This is in the wrong forum, but I thought it might generate some interesting discussion regarding "Bertrum Settlements has been restructured and is running as a seperate P&L from the other 'Bertrum' companies" and the whether or not this means that the "newly" structured company doesn't intend to pay the debts of the old one.  I am very skeptical of companies that "reorganize" and then claim that all of those delinquent invoices do not belong to them.  Especially in light of their apparent success and strong cash flow.
