I may (that's the plan) certainly do this... but not yet.  I DO NOT HAVE A TITLE LICENSE..... nor a bucket of cash to open a new business.  I have some infrastucture (like computer network, GOOD name recognition for TITLE , etc. in the local area).

I hear ya, I really do......  but please understand where I am today, and give me some time to build.
