I do not know who has legitimate claims against the Corporation.  As I replied in an email to an attorney/title company..... SOT is a great place to vent, BUT.... where is the post that says.....

...... "XYZ IS A NO PAY..... BECAUSE I DID NOT MEET MY CONTRACTURAL OBLIGATIONS AS AN ABSTACTOR"  You will never see this.... but it does happen. 

I KNOW some posts about The Bertrum Group are flat out incorrect.  But I am not 'representing that company (yes, legally we are one and the same).   Problems that occurred with the 'LLC' were from the ABSTRACTING DIVISION, not the Settlement Division.

I have searches done through Bertrum Settlements (my checks, invoices to Bertrum Settlements).  Show me one comment about Bertrum Settlements as a no pay.

You won't find it.
