The chances of me sending a check via Fed Ex.... UP FRONT are nil. I'd rather take you to lunch on me and hand you the check.

You and many others are taking my desire to give business to Abstractors 180 degrees as to the way I do business.  And it sucks that you drag Bertrum Settlements and ME along with the venting.

I understand VENDOR Satisfaction & Customer satisfaction as well as ANYONE here, having spent my previous life as a Quality Assurance Director.  Do you think I do not understand supply chain management?  WHY WOULD YOU ASSUME THAT?

I WANT... I REPEAT......I WANT.....good suppliers.  It makes my life a lot easier, and makes the cliet a happy pup.

I'm getting sick of the Rob Robinson/Bertrum SETTLEMENTS bashing.
