Hey Rob , I wish you well on your venture( I think you will do well). I think it is great having Robert, Kevin and Others looking out for the examiners. I have been on the examining end of the business 16 plus years and it seems like a "right of passage " for some title companies to screw examiners.

                            Like you said,  I too have seen  Alot of  post's where a few got stiffed and then there are others on the same posting that say they were  paid and the company is great. That is like having 10 credit card's and not paying a few of them, the next credit card company is not going to give you a loan because that is considered bad credit and you can't tell the next credit card company not to worry "since the one's that were not paid did not live up to their end of the bargin''

                           I think the best thing for you to do is use your clout and get the examiners paid, i dont know how many are posted on sot but I only noticed a few.
