I am not as nice as Robert and your woe is me attitude is getting old. Rob you said “This thread turned from a pretty simple request to 'bashing a business ' due to legal association... that can only help abstractors...' ”  Bashing a business due to LEGAL association… dah?  Am I missing something here?  No one as far as I can see has “bashed” your business because by your own admittance it is not your business.  It belongs to Bertram Group and they owe people money.  Thanks to Kevin’s persistence with you it finally became clear that you do not own Bertram Settlements. Bertram Settlements is owned by Bertram Group… do you really not understand?

I find it insulting that you would accuse me or anyone else as bashing a business simply because we voice a concern or ask questions.

You are correct I have not done any work for Bertram Groups or Bertram Settlements.  I sincerely hope that they are able to work out their problems and pay the people they owe.

I have a question for you Rob. Does Bertram Group/Settlements know you are posting and that you claim sort of ownership?
