OK this is now getting funny.  The post on the marketplace specifically said to send fee schedule and coverage are to us directly, and no one did, makes me giggle.  Guys, I've emailed you both back, and anybody else, we're still looking, so EMAIL YOUR FEE SCHEDULE AND COVERAGE AREA!!
