Did you ever consider what type of "quality of healthcare" we would have if it was socialized like the countries you spoke about? Socialized healthcare is not the solution to reforming the system! It is true what Scott said about it being free. It  is like making a public announcement that McDonalds is giving away free bigmacs, even people that normally don't eat there would probably be standing in line for the free food! I do not want government running healthcare and I am speaking from the perspective of not currently having healthcare coverage myself!
